I fell behind in my payments within a week went back to pay all fees I oweed and was informed they wrote car off and have to resale vehicle back to me for what was my balance on what was owed. I was very confussed and it didn't sound right to me but in all I needed my car being a single parent with two children and live in a part of Dallas where transportation is not reliable. Now that this has appeared on my credit report as an reposession. I feel that there is something that I could do but don't know what and how and on my income can't afford an lawyer or their words.
