My wyfe went in for an oil change it is advertised as a $9.95 before we decided to take a trip to CA. When she came back she was terrefyed she said the car brakes according to theyr mechanich is in extremely bad shape.
Well it just so happen i do replace my own front brakes pads for both my cars. And that is why she did not let them repair the bad brakes that she supposed to have.
Never the less i decided to inspect said bad brakes and there ne need to replace the pads for the next 20,000 mo;es at least but since the wheels were of i did replace the pads again becouse my poor wife insisted that the brakes were BAD. So to CA. We went and along the way the car made new noises that were not ever there but while i was concerned I was not worryed.
When i got back after a week I look for the souce of noise guess what there was practically no oil into the cranked case. I look at the floor where the car is usualy parked and under the car itself there was no oil leakage which led me to the conclusion that no significant amount of oil was put in to begins with.
I topped it on to the right amount and after 3 weeks the level is still the same. Conclusion little or no oil was put in. And then i remenber the way my wyfe was terrifyed from the scare of bad brakes and it down on me the scam that they perform propably and usualy going after females and others.
Now the fact is that this car is a very expensive LEXUS and oil cost very little compared to buyng a new car for the price of one quart of oil. That got me mad as hell that is why of this letter. People should be made aware of these scams and purfect should be put out of bussiness period. I was lucky i know a little about autos what about the rest of the population???
