"Peace of Mind" Guarantee by company is a complete hoax company has not stepped in to pay on behalf of end-user as stated in contract.

I had to make payment on his behalf and a month later I still have not been reimbursed.

RCM has stated on multiple occasions that they will take care of payment to company when they have not causing a missed payment and a 30-day negative hit to my credit report (something they are supposed to help avoid as per the contract).

RCM fails to respond to a majority of communications phone calls ignored, 90% of e-mails ignored. Absolutely poor customer service. RCM staff contact disappears, supposedly on vacation but phone line was cut.

RCM claims program to be on "auto-pilot" and owner (myself) would not have to deal with any other paperwork after initial contract. To this date, RCM inexplicably hands off car registration duties to owner and end-user, and neither of us know what to do.

After more investigation with New York and Nevada DMV, it looks like business plan will not be functional between the owner and end user between the two states something not revealed to us by Geoffrey Hull from RCM.

The business has operated in a manner that seems illegal, deceptive and immoral.
