Summary: I ordered a mirror switch to my 2006 Subaru Baja. Just to make sure I'll receive the correct parts, I provided the entire VIN number of my vehicle to WorldParts Express.instead of the mirror switch, I had ordered, I got a "switch push" according to the sticker on the parts. I contacted them immediately and explained my problem that I had not received the parts what I had ordered. A friendly gentleman informed me that what they had sent me is not the one I needed and that the mirror switch is more expensive. I told him that I wanted it anyway, so I would return the "switch push", and order the "mirror switch" again. Then the sales rep. Said that I should wait, don't return the parts, until I read his e-mail about their return policy. I thought I had to include some pre-authorization number for return or something, so I waited.instead, I received the following message:
"Due to our return policie on electrical parts your order cannot be processed as a return item.
