I too am a very unsatisfied actually I am a very disgusted customer of this poor excuse of a financial institution. I have been with this company since 06/05, and we still owe an ungodly amount of money to this place. We have since then been in a car accident, and the car has been totaled out by the insurance company. We have found out since this, which the car was in a fatal accident before we purchased it. I am convinced that this was made known to drive, and we weren't informed as per the lemon law. We have tried to get a statement of account via drive since, and we have been given the run=a=round on the pay off. Before all of this, I was also charged for fees we didn't owe, which I have paid on several occasions, and still the payments have not been applied. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone not even an enemy. I would more than honored to assist in with the class action lawsuit against this institution. The people that have been wronged need to be heard and restitution must be made...
