I gave dynamic a down payment for a wrecker bed on 10-4-07. I was told the bed would take 2 to 4 weeks to build and 1 week to install. I was told this truck would be completely operational upon pick up.
After many complaints and over 3 months of waiting I was given a completion date so I paid off the balance of over 21,000 dollars. I still do not have my truck. They are also telling me that I need to buy an additional 1,000 dollars of parts and labor for the truck to be operational. They forgot it in the original quote.
On 2-4-08 it will have been 4 months!!!
Ihave been paying for and insuring this truck this whole time while driving a rental car. I am left completely broke after investing all i have into this truck. I cant even pick it up as is because they say its not moveable. I dont know how these people sleep at night knowing that I am completely broke and out of work because of them.
