For almost three months - since March 23 - I have been unsuccessfully requesting a refund for an Omniat prepaid service account that doesn't work. The account (supposed to have a call back service) cannot be used on Middle Eastern landlines. The very day that I opened the account I and Omniat determined that it wasn't going to work. That same day the "manager" apologized and promised me a refund; he never delivered. I have called this company once a month since March, and keep getting the same response from every customer service representative I reach: "I'm very sorry, but I am not authorized to give refunds. I will forward your request to the manager; he will authorize the refund and call you back." I have never received a phone call from any manager, and have never received the money. It is now mid-June, and I have not received any resolution.
Also, they keep changing their toll-free numbers, so that it is very difficult to reach them.
They are excellent at taking your money, and horrid at giving you back what they acknowledge you are owed.
