Ok so back in 2004 i bought a firebird from sunnyvale ford they wrote up a contract and we signed it blah blah blah it was done. 2 days later they called me sayin the bank didnt approve the loan they need money down. It went back and forth like this until 4 different contracts where written up and $4500 later. Basically the whole team was fired that had dealed with the contract because they screwed over 10 other people that same week
Now fast foward to 2008 i bought a mustang and the only reason i went back there because it was under new management and so forth. I bought a mustang on friday wrote them the downpayment check of $1000 and signed all the paperwork. Today (monday) they call me sayin the bank didnt approve of the loan so i need to use my other car as a trade in when they told me on friday to find someone to take over the payments of the car because it wasnt worth trading in. I found some1 to take over the payments and the contract was notorized to make it binding for my other car i cant take it back and all of a sudden the bank didnt approve the loan SUNNYVALE FORD DONT JUMP THE GUN AND SIGN CONTRACTS IF YOU DONT HAVE FINAL WORD FROM THE BANK
