I bought a car from JD Byrider because i did not have any credit made my payments on time in august of 05 my car had gotten stolen for all of 2 hours i had gotten a truck for a present so that car was hardly driven i took it to get it's proper oil checks and everything by JD Byrider but anyway we got the car back the police said drive it straight home it did not seem to be anything wrong with the car except it was going to be out of gas.
One month later we went to drive the car it started smoking we called jd byrider and they said that they would come and tow the car no one ever showed up so after calling several times and them lying we just drove it ourselves they first lied and said that the engine blew up and and it would be $3000.00 that we would have to pay the whole car if totaled was not worth $3000.00 when our insurance company came out they said wasn't nothing wrong with the engine.
LIE #1 they said it was the radiator hose and we had a warranty so they should have fixed it so anyway they claimed they fixed it but we would still have to pay like 1000.00 because they said it was due to the car being an in accident so they were not going to pay for it we were never in an accident.
LIE #2 reminding you it has been 5 months that JDB has had my car and i have made all car payments and kept full coverage insurance on a car that i did not have so after the 5 th month we said that we were not going to pay anymore on a car we do not have they finally fixed the car and told us that we needed to bring in a total of almost 1500.00 by that friday or we would not have a car for the payment we did not pay and the amt of the damage on the car that saturday i believe they sent us a letter out stating that the car would be sold at auction on april the 1st and they would call us and let us know when the car was sold we recieved no phone call all i recieved was a repossession on my credit report and when i called all i got was a nasty response i am suing if anybody else wants to come along they are welcome
