Great Lakes Auto Sales Inc. 4927 Brookpark Road, Parma OH 44134 sold a car in need of thousands of dollars in repairs by disguising it on their website and eBay as having "No Known Mechanical Problems THIS VEHICLE IS IN GREAT CONDITION IN AND OUT, LOOKS GREAT, RUNS GREAT!". Devin Eckels described the car through phone and face to face conversations to be a reliable product.
It is now exactly one month after the initial purchase. Aside from the thousands of dollars in repairs, rental car, and travel expenses incured; the temporary plate issued has expired and the title for the vehicle has not arrived in the mail as agreed in the sale. Neither has the 4500 Mile warranty he promised would be in the mailbox within a week of the sale. This whole thing is just a disaster.
The BBB has revealed that there are several complaints filed and Great Lakes Auto Sales has had an Unsatisfactory rating for some time.
