Ordered new trans for 2000 minivan, paid for premium coverage. Transmission exploded in less than a year. Took 3 months to supply new transmission (that I had to front the money for). Returned the exploded core - no refund. They said it was not a defect in manufacturing. John is the owner - great on the sale, terrible on fixing problems. I would love to see these guys shut down. If you want your car to run, take your money to a reputable shop.
