We took our vehicle to have transmission work done on it on or about Sept 1. We were given three estimates, and told about one week for repairs. We were called and told the truck was ready to pick up on Sept. 11, on which day we picked it up and paid the highest estimate, a total of $2403.00. The next day, we took it back because not only did the transmission still "clunk" really hard when shifting, but it also came back with a severe shake in the front end.
Forward to november 26... We still have no truck.
THEY HAVE RIDDEN WITH US AND ACKNOWLEDGE OUR COMPLAINTS... We have lost the use of our ehicle for three months now. And had payments of $300.00 per month for which we did not get to use the truck. We also have had full coverage on the vehicle this whole time, and have had to replace the truck because we both need a vehicle. We are long past getting upset and trying to be patient and give this establishment a chance to fix the truck. We have not only paid for the fix we did not get... But... Paid for and insured the vehicle we have been unable to use... And... HAD TO REPLACE IT!!! WE HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED MANY TIMES BECAUSE THE BUSINESS IS OVER 30 MILES FROM OUR HOME...
Again, we feel we have given this more than enough energy. We would like for this very unfortunate issue to be made right!!! We would hope that someone will be getting back with us ASAP on the issue. This issue is of the material that television stations love to report on the news. We really do not want that route unless they do.
