Dicks sold me a defective truck. The transmission burned out within 30 miles of leaving the sales lot. They had shown me paperwork where their mechanics "checked out" the truck - what a bunch of BS.
When I called them, they basically told me "too bad", you purchased it "as is".
The transmission shop I took it to said that there was absolutley NO WAY a licensed mechanic could look this vehicle over and not know the transmission was fried.
Cost me just under $3,000 for a new transmission - that's 85% of what I paid for the truck!!!
They're a scam-artist - stay away!!!
