Pep Boys
Anyone who can tell me what to do to stop payment for Pep Boys' misleading & cheating behavior?

I signed whatever the technical words the serviceman picked on the sheet, and later on found out he replaced the part that was working, did nothing on the parts that I meant him to repair. I called credit card company to dispute the charge, but I doubt that will stop the payment. Any advise for further actions I can take?
