Lost luggage

1. On July 17th I got an ELAL trip from Vegas to Tel Aviv Israel with my two kids.

2. Upon appearance to Tel Aviv I came across that three baggage packages didn't appear. 4 days later two of my bags came, the 3rd was never discovered.

3. Ever since, for that previous three 5 month, I've experienced a continuing try to recover my possessions and afterwards obtain the compensation for that missing luggage. Despite the fact that I stuffed my state relating towards the ELAL mentioned process-

(View http://www.elal.Co. Il/ELAL/Language/ContactUs/), I've since been fooled, overlooked and brought via an incomprehensible means of neglecting any responsibility or research by ELAL.

4. To make things worse, the ELAL workplace in Ny doesn't have immediate customer support phone-line (see-the aforementioned site with telephone numbers which are a registered communication). All my faxes and E-Mails have now been usually overlooked or responded with sporadic, contradicting and us-doing responses. Because we're US residents, the Israel workplace has focused me-time after time for you to the Ny office where allegedly my document was managed. Other communications using the Israeli workplace have to date resulted in nothing.

5. ELAL describes on its site 21 times for responses to statements, we've waited 3 times that interval and also have been handled with disrespect and dishonesty.

To conclude - save your valuable period, save your valuable cash worldwide organization having a provincial perspective and sub-par customer support.
