I purchased a used 2002 Volvo S40 in May. After having many problems with this car it was traded on 8/30/07 to another dealer.
The proper paperwork was submitted to Rahal on 9/07/07 for a pro rated refund on both the Gap and extended warranty. To this date 6 phone calls have been placed to the finance dept. With no avail. Numerous excuses have been given on why the refunds have not been sent.
On 11/19/07 I filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General's office.
