Don't bother. We bought the extended warranty because we bought a used car and we were convinced by our credit union it was a wise investment. We recently traded that vehicle in for a brand new vehicle, thus no need to continue with an extended warranty. We were told that we would not get the full amount refunded because we cancelled the policy early. Nowhere on the contract does it indicate being penalized for early cancellation. We are now 8 weeks into waiting for our refund. We call the number indicated but all we get is voicemail and nobody returns our calls. I have also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
