I purchased my 2003 Volvo from Darcars on 12/29/06. I purchased an extended warranty at the same time (for $982). Fast forward 2 years. When my current dealership (Bill Gray Volvo) attempted to collect payment due from the purchased extended warranty they were told no such warranty existed. When I called Darcars, my file couldn’t even be found for a few days. I’ll spare you the full details of my 30 calls and daily documentation. The bottom line was Darcars failed to submit the warranty in 2006. Further, they have no system to identify and correct such error. I find that outrageous. I seriously question how many other times this has happened with unsuspecting customers.
