Refuses to acknowledge payments and send statement of account. We sent a certified letter with payment. No answer Sant Ana, california

Ever since we bough the car, it has been an uphillbattle with them, their excuses range from we have the wrong address, the post office has you at a different location, we even made payments using Express oay, no avail.

Now we went them a certified letter explaining our dilemma. Asking again for a statement of account and for a payment coupon book. No response.
