I think it's unfair that Wachovia Dealer Services treats their customers unnecessarily harsh when attepting to make payment arrangments especially since their business practices; particularly use of their telephone and website (which allows free payments) services do not allow you to make payments at all times like many other pay online businesses. The Wachovia pay online is a pay all or nothing type of service which prevents people from making smaller or unscheduled payments that would help them to avoid repossions and/or adverse credit reporting. It only allows you to make payments in set amount during set times. It seems as if Wachovia wants its customers to default on loans.
