On 8-2 I recieved a phone call from Jeremy a represenative of NAWS offering too sell me a warranty policy, I explained to Jeremy that I still had a policy w / the manufacturer that was good too 60,000 miles at the time my vehicle was at 52,000. And would like to extend it if possible. Jeremy said that he would have too get special approval[because vehicle was over 50,000 miles]. And special financing for Veterans. I also explained too him that my Mother had once purchased a policy through them and the problems she had.

She had bought the silver package which did'nt cover her problem which was understandable. I purchased the Gold Package which according too Jeremy was too a bumper too bumper coverage package excluding regular maint. I also explained too him that the drivers window had broken twice prior and he said it would be covered I also mentioned that the turn signals had stopped working twice and the hinge on the drivers door had broke once Jeremy said that bumper to bumper meant bumper too bumper except regular maint.

On 10-9 I called too pre-approve the repair of the same problems and spoke w / Briana. Briana informed me that they were'nt which frustrated me because I had speciffically mentioned these items. After arguing w / Briana for several minutes, I asked too speak too a supervisor, Briana replied that the supervisors would'nt speak too me, I said what I am a un-happy customer and they won't speak too me. Briana replied because the don't care. Angrily I replied "let me speak too a supervisor now lady". Briana said hold on.

After being on hold for 10 minutes the line went click, they had hung up on me. I called right back and got guess who, Briana, she went through her opening speach like nothing was wrong, a new customer probably. I told her she hung up on me and she replied she was sorry that she was gone looking for a supervisor, and connected me too John {supposed supervisor} I explained too him the problem I was having and he said that Briana was following policy. I explained too him what Brianna said about the supervisor's not caring and John said he did'nt think she would say that. He also said that they would have too research the phone call with w / Jeremy and that it would take a couple days too find the call. I also asked him too research the call w / Briana.

I waited till 10-12 and still no call from John so I called back and talked w / John again at that time he informed me that my call was over a year old and that it was put in the archives and that it would take a little longer too research, when asked how long this would take John's reply was that he did'nt know.

On 11-9 I recieved a call from NAWS informing me that I was entitled too a refund and that it would take 6-10 weeks for me too recieve this refund. On 11-10 the fuel pump went out on my vehicle it now sits at the repair shop with a $1400.00 repair bill and I have too wait 6-10 weeks for a refund even though I was lyed too from the very start. This does'nt even include the 25.00 a day expense for the rental car that I am paying while my car sits which is used for business every day too deliver the newspaper and pizza's 5 days a week.
