Ron Fenney from Briana Baldwin, Inc., charged me $300 dollars to fill, file needed forms to lower my property tax. To this date nothing has been done. He offered to refund my money but he has not done so. He took my money and has not provided the service he promised. I have spoken to other people that are experiencing the same problem. Beware
