This company really sucks!!!
Where do i begin, well back in 2005 my husband and i went to get a new car. We bought a 2003 dodge durango. My husband needed a co signer so my mother co-signed for him. All went well for the first year and then me and my husband had so finance problems so i called wells fargo in dec. Of 2006 and set up a deffered payment for 2mos. The lady i was talking to said that my next payment would due on feb. 10. That would work out good for us so i set that arrangment up. Well january 12th i recieved a letter saying that my deffered payment was accepted and that my next payment would be due on jan. 10th 2007. I was looking at the letter and it was the 12th and the letter said payment due on the 10th so i called them ane they said that the deffered payment was only put in for 1 mo even though the letter said 2mos. So i sent off a payment right away and i have mad every payment since then, well i kept on getting phone calls by the dozen every day of the week as eairly as 6:30 A.M. And go till 10 or 11 at night. There was one time that i was talking to them and they were calling my husbands phone too. Or i would hang up with them and they would call his phone right away, and say we have no record of talking to you today. Lies lies lies that is all they are. I sent a check in feb that was $5.00 less than what i was to send opps everyone makes mistakes, they called and harrased me for every for 5 dollars that is when it really got bad. That 5 bucks went to over 500 dollars in less than a week they could never tell me why it was so much, well in april they were able to tell me why i owed them so much guess what it was for insurance back in jan. They put over $800.00 of insurance on my account. I told them they had my insurance info they said that they have no record of my insurance, so i had my insurance co. Fax over all the needed paper work for that, they still did't recieve it so i had them send it again and again and again still to this day they do not have the paper work. But they did tell me that once they would recieve it that it would take 30-45 days to get the insurance off my account, still make my payments of $261.00 so i did well than they called me in and said that all i owed for my april payment was 162.37 so i sent them that. Well after april they would not take my check through the mail anymore because thet were taking up to 31/2 weeks to process my check so i started sending them moneygrams, note i have only recieved a few statements in the mail and the due dates on them were for the year 2008 (funny) they are so stupid!!! Well to make a really long long story short it is now oct. 10 2007 and i no longer have my car wells fargo repoed it from me on sept. 5th 2007. When my mother called them the day they repoed it they told her that what are you talking about your car isn't repoed and my mom said well you all came and got it about 15mins ago, they put her on hold and said o i see your car was repoed cause we found out that you daughter was driving the car and the only people that can drive the car are the people who signed the contract, they said that their contract states the only people to operate the car are the ones who's name is on the contract well we got the contract from the car dealer and no where on that does it say that only certian people can drive the car. When they repoed it they were saying that the car was 102 days late and about 3 days later it went to 114 days late how is that. I work for an attorney and we put in our defense for the car 10 days before the sale date and to this day i still haven't heard anything. When they repoed my car they took it to massouri and i live in central illinois. I did recieve something from my insurance company on 10-9-07 that said i had 91 days to fill out this accident report (what!!! I haven't never been in an accident) so i called today and they said that wells fargo has put a claim on my car. I told them that i don't have the car and it has never been in an accedent. My story goes on and on and on but i know how everyone is feeling. I have 3 kids and no car, that really sucks but i rather be without a car than have to deal with those ass holes any more. My mother is filling a law suit on them also.

1. Lies
2. Loss payments
3. Added insurance
4. Harassing phone calls
5. Put my payments in to other accounts
6. Repoed my car
7. Now put a claim on my car
8. Switching accounts with out me knowing
9. Never recieving any letters
10. Losing phone records
I really hope something can be done about this. I have at least 25 pages if not more on the phone calls that we have talked to them and they say they have no record of that.
Something has to be done about this it is just wrong what they are doing to people
