Poor service!

Made a payment, was called about it, after having made it told the rep. That the payment had been taken care of she proceeded to tell me it had not been of course I told her she was wrong and that I would give her the reference number, without allowing me to give her the reference number she says well something couldn't went wrong with it. I again said well let me give you the reference number, and she was continually rude, saying well the phone calls are going to continue until the payment is made, never allowing me to give her the reference number and she hung up the phone. So now I am of course concern whether or not the computer messed up my payment but ;thanks to the customer service department, I want know this, because of there arrogance, and assuming when someone is late on the payment, that they just didn't have the money theres no room for poeple having, unforeseen circumstances, and they are not always money problems! But thats what they assume and so they take pride in being automatically rude! And I called twice same response, they couldn't take the reference number oh because the account is in my husbands name? Well who am I? A cream puff! The call was made to my home at 2:45pm.
