On the 26th of November I made an internet payment to PayByCash to be applied on my behalf to renewing my subscription to the MMORPG Runescape. PayByCash took my money and then never paid it over to Runescape in order to renew my subscription. I keep contacting them to try and find out why they did not apply my payment as was legally agreed. They just keep giving me the run-around. I have sent proof of my payment, my payment reference number as well as my order reference number, all to no avail. They just took my money and now they refuse to apply it to my subscription.
I not only have now lost the amount I paid for my subscription, but also the fees I had to pay them for this "service". So they've got both my money AND their fee, and I am out one Runescape subscription. Unfortunately I live in S. Africa, else I would've laid criminal charges of fraud and theft against this rip-off company. The least I can do now is warn people away from these crooks. BE WARNED! DO NOT give this company any money, they are thieves!
