This owner of this shop is an IDIOT!
He has no, absolutely no automotive knowledge whatsoever. He stels from his patons and fleet accounts while smiling out of one side of his face. He honestly believes he is such a great liar that he even charges hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars for repairs never done to the vehicles. He convinces his fleet account managers that he is their "friend" all along ripping them off of tens of thousands of dollars a year from their companies. He even does it to their personal and families vehicles as well!
He has a terrible reputation as a businessman, yet is still in business. This man will steal from anyone. He convinces friends and family to come to him for repairs and he STEALS from them. His technicians will tell him a vehicle needs just a battery for instance, and he does indeed sell the customer overpriced battery, but then, without the technicians knowledge, he will lie to the customer and sell them a used alternator and labor it DID NOT need. Furthermore, he doesn't even put it on the vehicle!!! He says "used" so it looks like just hat when i fact its the SAME one!!! He tell his customer of family member he chose used to "save" them money and acts like the hero.
He has many times not even given the customer an estimate, but then gives them a repair bill of hundreds of dollars when they finally get a hold of him to pick up vehicle. He gets away with this because he takes over half for a down payment then lets them make payments on the rest like he is the hero.
If you call his business phone, it goes to his cell phone so he can chose to answer the phone or not, depending on who you are. He can get away with unhappy customer and complaints that way.
Stay away from this man and his business. Don't ever buy a vehicle from him or anyone he recommends as he lies and rips off people and gets kickbacks for everything he does. He WILL rip you off if you take any fleet vehicle to him.
