I purchased a laptop stand for my vehicle so I can test software for law-enforcement. When I received the mount the top mount plate was cracked in half. It took them over 2 weeks to send me a new one. After mounting the stand in the vehicle and driving thru town I noticed to laptop shut off and It wouldn't reboot. So I went to my backup laptop and tried it again. The same thing happened. When I took the laptops to the tech, he informed me that the hard-drive crashed due to impacted from the everyday road conditions and the laptop stand was not sturdy enough for vehicles. I called the company and sent several e-mails and I never got a call back for several weeks. When they finally contacted me they told me I was out of the 7-day warranty. After several e-mails and no return calls I finally got a call from ray. All he did was trash talk me and he told me the laptops are not to be used in the vehicle... But yet he is selling the stands for the vehicles. He also informed me that he was going to contact the FBI and tell them I was extorting him for money when all I want is my money back. Soooo. I am filing a nation-wide lawsuit against autolaptoplinkinc. If yo u want in or know somebody else who purchased a stand from them contact me asap..
