Do not buy anything from this company. They do not stand behind their product!
I purchased this auto laptop mount for my vehicle. I received this substandard product with NO instructions on how to assemble, only a photo copied piece of paper that states: To assemble your auto laptop mount go to the website. How are you supposed to install this in your car while trying to understand installations pictures from a web page?
Most imperative is the BOLD print on their photo copied paper DO NOT CALL ABOUT PROBLEMS
I tried to install this mount for my laptop and it was too top heavy; my laptop flipped upside down. This is a poorly designed auto mount with insubstantial construction!
I called, as well as emailed them for further installation options. I emailed them pictures of my installation per their request. After numerous emails on the 2nd day, these people refused to further their communication with me. On the 3rd day I requested a return authorization. My response was very rude and was told that since the mount was used there would be no return authorization number issued. They support their product by adding the disclaimer All returns must be sent back within 7 business days from the day of delivery in an unused condition. How do you know if it is going to work if you dont try to install it?
After disputing the charge through my credit card company, Auto laptops Inc. Lied to my credit card company and said it was non returnable because I was past the 7 day return period. I am re-disputing this with all documentation including copies of phone calls and dates with emails to prove to the credit card company they are nothing more than liars and an unscrupulous rip-off company. My credit card company told me based on the information provided and documentation, they will reinvestigate. I will prevail.
