On two occasions we have brought our vehicle to this dealership for repairs, only to have the mechanics attempt to force additional "repairs" on us.
Today, we brought the van in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to be informed that the drivers window was "broken." (The window worked well up until today.) My husband arrived to pick up the vehicle only to find the window down and the automatic switch inoperable. After some heated words, the mechanics were able to pull it up—we can only hope it will stay up, as an additional $400 for a "regulator" part is certainly not in our budget.
