Complaint / review text:
I took my blazer to aamco transmissions to get it fixed because my brother had recommended them. Not because he know of there work but rather cause he knew they could offer me a warranty. The transmission had lost 1st gear so i went there and got my transmission rebuilt.

$2000 later i was done and on my way. I drove it for about a month before it started shifting all funky and so i took it back in. They said a cylinoid was bad and they would fix it. While there, there were telling me i should have my engine mounts and ball bearings done. I took there advice and had a couple more things done to the car to get it up to speed. Then about another two months pass and the car acts up again, all the while the car has not been right since in there possession.

I take it in again this time i am told that it has to do with the ignition switch and i should rip apart my steering wheel and replace the switch, at this point i am fed up cause the car keeps flipping codes in the computer and the transmission shop is saying it is not trans related but if i take a code reader and hook it up the reader tells you otherwise. So this tranmission shop likes to send you running around fixing things, all the while they never fix your car correctly
