I took my truck to Aamco Transmissions owned by LST Investments for repair of my transmission. I was charged $1200.00 over what is charged in any other repair shop in this area. Parts on my truck were replaced with parts that were used but were charged at brand new prices. Some parts were charged to me that weren't even put in my engine. I called and received price quotes from the surrounding transmission shops and not one was over $2000.00; I was charged $3100.00 from Aamco. It also took the shop three weeks to complete the work.
