Rear door hatch need to be fixed Ripoff

I purchased the truck from carmax on august with extra protection warranty, the finance department and auto services new that the rear hatch did not lock. They told me to take it over to apple ford and they will fix it at no charge. Apple ford lubricated the hatch and charged me $48.00, when I arrived at home the door did not lock. I called them again and they said the warranty did not cover it, I did not have transportation to keep going back and forth every day, so I took the truck in on July 30,07 for a recall on the abs wiring and the rear hatch again. The truck has been in service from july 30,07 until august 10,07. When I called the service department they told me it will cost me $480.00, when arrived to pick up the truck it was not fixed on august 6,07, the service person was bob wieber. He told me from the application, that the customer declined to have the door fixed. The auto service told me that they were waiting for max care to pay the amount. I called again on august 10,07 and the truck was ready to be picked up, but the fee was $297.00 that max care paid and I have to pay the taxes which is $85.00.
