I brought my new Dodge Ram 1500 to the wash... As you have to with Mikes, i got out to inspect the wash. And not only didnt they get it clean, they put scratches in 3 different locations.
The manager came out and said that yep, it was scracthed, sign this paper
Janeese from thier office didnt even bother to call me, I had to call her and she said that it wasnt thier fault, and she didnt even ever see the truck.
I called and got a regional manager to come out and look at it (I had to go back on my day off and bring him the vehicle)
He said the scratches must have been under the dust on my truck and said because the only go in certain directions, it couldnt be the car washs fault.
Funny as I had the truck detailed 7 days earlier and inspected it with NO Scratches whatsoever.
Typical Mikes Express. They are like NASCAR drivers, - IT's NEVER thier fault when somthing happens
