Attention all consumers: There IS another Sludge Problem at Toyota. This Sludge Problem is in the brains of the Top People at Toyota. Mr. Funo, Toyota's ex-CEO, Elaine Matsuda, the person in charge of Customer Relations, Jim Press, Toyota's current CEO & Mr. Watanabe, (Jim Presses boss in Japan) are all suffering from the Sludge Problem in their brains! I went on a LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN starting on 12-12 alerting Toyota of the MANY problems inside their Dealer Network and they must not be able to comprehend simple English. They 'filed' the first letter on 12-12 and IGNORED it! But, that 12-12 LETTER ended up not being ignored by 9 NEWS! It got me on T.V.
So, the moral to the story is, 'Never give up.' Keep writing letters and make copies and send them to ALL NEWS STATIONS! Make sure to send them to 9 NEWS in Denver, Attention Deborah Sherman. SHE CARES! I have over 20 Letters that were written and RECEIVED by Toyota! If you FAX your letters and do not make a cover sheet, you will have proof that it was done. Toyota's FAX # is 310-468-7814. Bombard them with FAXES! Don't stop.
There are honest people woking at Toyota, unfortunately the honest ones are not in control. But, some of them will help you as they are fed up with their bosses too. Continued EXPOSURE is what Toyota fears. The People have finally spoken. May the TRUTH be known!
