Community Chevrolet Burbank When you get screwed don't say you haven't been warned. Ripoff

I work in the vicinity of Community Chevrolet and decided to visit them and take a look at cars. Little did I know that they are the worst liars, cheats and downright unscrupulous operators. I traded in a 2 year old Lincoln SUV and purchased a used H2 Hummer and a Express van at the same time. Over $60,000's in cars in one shot. The vehicles were financed in the usual way. A few weeks later I find out Community Chevrolet had 12 other finance companies bid the financing. These excessive inquiries will populate my credit bureaus for seven years. My FICO fell 45 points as a result. But it gets worse. The finance company that gave CC the biggest kick-back was WFS.cc told me the initials stood for Well Fargo something. "That's great since I have an existing banking relationship with them currently". That too was a lie. WFS has nothing to do with Wells Fargo. Two years went by and I went to trade in the Hummer. Still having a bad taste in my mouth from the CC lies, I went down the road to CarMax for an appraisal.in the 2 years of ownership I had very low miles and no dents, scratches. When I got the CarMax report the quote was $15,000 below wholesale list. I shit. I asked why so low. The appraiser opened the engine compartment hood and pointed out where the front end was replaced, clearly the vehicle was in a major accident or roll over. COMMUNUITY CHEVROLET FAILED TO DISCLOSE THE ACCIDENT and repair as required by law. I think you can see where we are going here. As a direct result of their actions I was forced to take a major hit. But the next loss was to soon come. The van I had purchased had very little use. About 2500 miles over a two year period. I had paid $17,000, a bit high but not a big deal. I went to return it and get a buy-back quote and the quote they gave me was an astonishing $6500.00. I was rather vocal about the $10,500 loss over 2 years. The used car buyer said that is what he could pay and pointed out that he would have to spend thousands on refurbishment. This was a lie as well. Before going to CC I took the van to CarMax (recall they are only a mile away) and thet estimated $9500.00. I is clear that COMMUNITY CHVROLET in Burbank is the worst plkace to do business with. They Lie. They Mislead. They take advantage. And they seem to be irreverent of the laws that govern their industry. What's next? Selling stolen cars? I wouldn't put it past them. Do not do business with this company. Discourage anyone you know (except your enemies) from going to these very bad people. Join a petition to have gm remove their dealership. Contact your city attorney or district attorney to look into their business practices. These comments are my personal first person actual accounts and express my first amendment right to expose these types of going-ons. Thank you for your time and attention.
