I purchased a car from carmax two years ago. This car has given me trouble after trouble. Carmax and the ford dealership has had my car numorus times. Most of the times carry my car to carmax the service would have to be repeated or not fixed. Also purchased the exstended warrenty. Do not buy a car from this dealership, you will be purchasing something that someone else has unloaded. My car has low miles but was a piece of junk.
I contacted Atlanta Corp. About the car purchased they refered me back to carmax in raleigh and corp. Just does not care. Also my best friend purchased low miles car which I asked him not to buy and he has had to take it to back. I have heard really bad stories about carmax cars. Do not be fooled by there we will buy it back within thirty days, what about 45,60 days. They purchase cars from anyone and will sell it to anyone. My car looks new on the outside, the inside has been hell.
