April 3rd. I made the mistake of placing an order with autopartsgiant.com the price was good.

After not receiving anything in my email as to tracking I decided to call them and I found out, that by April 9
They were still processing the order after 6 days nothing had been shipped

So I decided to cancel the order on the 9th because they are slow. They still billed me after the order
So here it is the 19th of April and this vendor told me after three inquires that they are still processing my refund to my account.

Also the way they said my refund is still processing as to bring me comfort about their withholding my funds from me. Makes me wonder if they believe that their bad business practices are the norm. Maybe it is the norm in their minds.

But let me say I've been purchasing online for about 15 years now and most credits or refunds from online shopping usually happens within five business days.

This vendor has made me nervous about using their service. But in all fairness if I receive my refund by Friday April 20th I will place an update to this complaint.
