"You get what you pay for." I took my wifes car in for a minor (less than $500) repair. The job was very poorly done. The color was a complete mismatch. The parts did not align. The new part had an "orange peel" paint job in spots. And there was overspray from work that was supposed to have been done with the part (bumper) off the vehicle (overspray on the hood, fenders, and front lenses). Whereas we mutually agreed to remove their painted bumper, put the original back on, and unwind the deal, I now have to clean up the overspray, having been without the car for three days. I have learned my lesson. Cheaper is seldom better. It was actually more costly with Maaco.
