Hit in the rear -other co-progressive wanted to repair my new car with body putty

Progressive Insurance, my company, wanted to make shoddy repairs, body filler, NOT NEW PARTS, to my new car, even though I was hit in the rear by another with insurance, therefore, the repair was of no cost to them. I cancelled and went with USAA a Company that repairs your car properly. I was contacted by Progressives local reps but ALL were the same.
