Okay, here's the deal. On today the 26th of July my husbands 2000 Ford Expidition was repossesed from his place of employment. The finance company (in house) says it was because we were behind on a payment! A payment! Which was not the case because they quickly located the check that was written and had not been posted to the correct account.
What can be done? They came and used an extra key and drove his car away. Doesn't it have to be towed? Anybody w / any suggesstions?
