Continental Warranty
Very professional at soliciting your business and very proficient at delaying refunds. Ripoff

I feel that when an operation is as large as this one it should be evaluated on a higher scale.

I was looking for a warranty that would allow me to cover my van after the warranty had expired.

The fact that they do have a very professional sales force that can address most of the concerns speaks well for the sales department.
My complaint is the excessive wait to speak with anyone at their 800-929-2694.
There is always 11-12 folks ahead and you get to listen to how important you are over and over again.
After purchasing the policy and reviewing it, as advised by the sales person, I had decided that I did not want the coverage. I did speak with one person who was quite helpful. She suggested their email site "cancel". I did that and did receive an email response.
I followed up today to be sure that the refund was being processed. They had no record as of yet... And said it would be 30-45 days for the refund to be completed. This originally was a credit card transaction.
It just seems that part of this company is a well oiled machine and the other part seems quite rusty.
