Ripoff Charged 8,329 over the amount of the bill and report an update date every month and has had no contact with me

Midland Credit Mgmt Inc
Charged me $8,329 over the amount of the bill that is due. It was for car that was turned in because the transmission went out. They did not send a certified letter of the sale of vehicle before the sale and they did not send a certified letter of what the vehice was sold for and the sill charged over the amount. Midland update the credit file every month as if the have made a contact on the phone.
