Similar to another criticism about not getting a reimbursement as guaranteed, I also created a change to my journey inside the recommendations of the journey contract and was promised a reimbursement (resort change). By today, July 3, it's been three months, twelve telephone calls, two faxes, plus one email without any reimbursement by yet. Their customer support point IS VERY slow whenever you contact and frequently situations you're compelled to cope with excessively rude brokers who provide no-follow as much as your problem.
