I ordered 3 cabin filters and only received 2.
I have had several calls to Mark at their 1-800 number to no avail.
He says "yeah I see we only shipped you one well ship another 2"
But that never happens. I never received a conformation or order number until I tried the "Live Chat" I found out my order number.
Here is what live chat looks like.

Next time I will just go to the dealer or the local parts house, this company cost me 3 times more for the one lousy filter. I am glad it was just a sma; order. Stay away from these guys.
