Bait and switch, rude customer service

Continued the website to obtain top class seats. I posted my data and got the costs for that seats before making my "provide". The place alleged agreement obviously was uncertain or used to donot read it cautiously enough to understand they don't provide bidding on top class seats.

I'd applied the website before but just on mentor tickets and maybe thought the appear was the typical jibberjabber and since I have had utilized them before, I thought my bet was for that top class seats, the only real tickets I'd listed on the website. Moments after having my present approved and taking a look at the facts of my seats I noticed they were mentor! I instantly named plus they appeared gleeful at having created a coup on the awful, disrespected from the airlines tickets. U.S. Air informed us there is nothing they might do both. Really? NOTHING both organization might do to get a rip-off of such degree? It tells me of the Audience's Digest and just how they'd confused people thinking they had really gained a large reward. Priceline should be halted. Additionally, my child employed the seats and had probably the most nightmarish flight journey of her lifetime, forfeiting the usage of the seats for that return journey and buying top class seats that they offered her NO credit. Don't conduct business with either organization. Don't.
