Me and My Husband went in to Purchase a Tahoe which we were to use our 2004 dodge Intrepid as trade in ans 1500 down. We so called were approved when the finance manager and our sales rep BERNARD the thief shook our hand and said congratulations the truck is yours. Come the next morning we were called the next morning to return the truck because the bank wanted us in a smaller vehicle (6 in my family) two which need car seat. Ok that being said we left in our so called SUV and left my car there which Bernard asked if I had enough gas to get him home. Upon returning to the dealership I was angry that they wanted to put me in another vehicle when we already signed papers. So I was angry, another money hungry man with no class named GRIFF with a bad mouth and poor management skills jumped in when I demanded that they refund my 40 in gas that i put in the tahoe that was empty when I took it. He told me rudely that they were trying to help me and with my attitude they werent going to give me my money and It was my crappy credit that didnt get me into a car and thier moto is we treat you the way you treat us yougive us a crappy attitude we give you one back (Mr. COOLEy must be very proud and doing very well because he (clay) implied that I was just angry because I didnt get approved. When I asked to return my vehicle so I could leave that god awful place full of rabid wolves he told me to take my credit and buisness elsewhere, I replied to him that I am not the one jacking people around to make commision. When my husband brought my car around it was full of trash, ciggaretts, ciggarette boxes, which I dont smoke my car is non-smoking and my spare / jack were stolen there are ciggarette burns on my seats and they have not done anything about and they believed thier thief of an employee.
