Me and my fiance bought a 2001 Rodeo. A year later right when we were going to trade it in it broke down. Noo one could ever tell us why it broke down. We were put in a 2008 Izuzu I-290. They wanted $1500 dn plus payments were going to be $560 a mo. We drove it for about a week or two and was told to bring it back.
So as they asked, we brought it back. We didn't like it in the first place because my 3 yr. Old daughter's carseat wouldn't fit in it and they were wanting too much for a base model truck. So, after that all happened they put us in a 2008 Chevy Malibu which we got insured ($300), put $1000 dn, gotten the oil changed, and drove for about a month and a half.
We were finally called in to sign the contract! Well the next day we were called in to sign another contract because the had made a mistake on the interest. We come in, sign the second contract and were congradulated of our new car. Well, the third day we were called in because we were supposed to have a telephone conference with the bank to "verify our residency". When we came in that's when the told us they could not do the deal and we would have to take the I-290 or nothing at all.
We were very upset and told them no and that we signed a contract, which they then said meant nothin. They asked for the keys, we gave them one set and drove off. They later came and towed it. Now they won't give us our money back and they are trying to put our Rodeo on our credit as a repo.
As Dannie said be careful because your next Clay Cooley is a FRAUD!!
