Kens Cycle Center
Ripoff, Beware Wreckless/Careless/DISHonest Work Ethic

I have a Suzuki C90, I guess my first real mistake, was letting Kens talk we into an EXTENDED Warranty (it's as USELESS as the Standard Warranty) since it appears (according to the dealer) that Suzuki allows the dealer ALOT of 'discretion' in determining what is (or isn't) covered in its Warranty (s).

My bike started running a little 'rich', so (knowing that everything is controlled by 'computer') I changed my plugs (which I bought at Kens) and I always change my oil (which I bought at Kens), but nothing seemed to improve the 'problem'.

SO, I made an appointment at Kens to have the bike 'looked at', as I was told (by the wrench at Kens) that the bike can't "run rich... Or lean" because the computer controls eveything (uh-oh).

I told him that it is in fact running 'rich', since everybody that rides behind me sees puffs of 'black smoke'and can smell un burnt gas.

Now remember... The computer controls EVERYTHING..."Hello... Earth to MORON..."

I took the bike in, and after 2 DAYS... They still hadn't touched it... BUT, they knew that whatever is 'wrong' (??) isn't 'covered' under any Warranty.

You don't even know what's wrong (you haven't even touched the bike) yet you KNOW, that it's not covered!?!?!

ANYHOW, when three days had went by... They (by their own statements) hadn't 'touched' the bike, they tell me that it will cost me $300 () to 'diagnose' the problem... I decided "Screw It" and went and picked the bike up... AND I told them I wanted the Number to 'Customer Complaints' for Suzuki, when I got there...

I drove the bike home and parked it (lucky for me... Standby), and the next day, drove to the bank...
I smelled a faint smell of 'oil' but thought it was from some of the 'burners' parked in the Bank lot.

On the way to another errand, the oil smell grew more pronounced... When I pulled over, I found the entire right side of my bike was covered in oil, not to mention my leg (from crotch to ankle)... AND my Oil Plug was gone... As I was close to Kens, I went straight there...

Of course they are claiming that they had nothing to do with it (remember: they hadn't 'touched' the bike), and the plug must have "just fallen out"!?!?

I guess lying, cheating and stealing are what it takes to be 'successful' in todays world, but I tell you, you can't do much worse than to do business with these 'crooks'...

If you are Stupid Enough to buy a bike, or have yours serviced, at ANY facility owned or associated with these IGNORANT Idiots, you deserve whats coming

Good Luck
