I brought my car in to be fix by Pep Boys. After diagnostic they inform me that my problem was the Muffler. And so I said okay fix it. I took my car in to be fix at 8am and at five when I got out of work my car still haved not been fix.
I had to wait till 9:30 pm for them to finish fixing my car. However, when I went to use my car the same noise that I brought it in for was there plus know my car was hesitating to turn on. I proceed to go to Pep Boys and tell them that the problem was still there and know my car was having a problem turning on.
I was told at first that there was notheing wrong. I told them to check because i had just paid over three hundred dollars to have my car repaired and the problem was still there.
So two hours later the mechanic comes and tell me that that a pipe that is connected to the muffler was damaged when they were fixing my muffler and I would have to pay for it.
I have tried talking to management by the name of Arash Befar and I have not been helped I have also tried to contact upper mangement and still nothing I was and am in the Mechanic from hell! I have lost over three hundred dollars and I am left with an automobile that is unable to work. Can anybody please help me?
