1/8 I bought a scooter for $173.72 like a birthday present for my boy from Kota Scooters. After 3 months I named and Dakota explained it had been nearly completed being constructed and could be delivered quickly. I've named often and not obtained a return phone. Our scooter hasn't appeared. I sent often and lastly on 4/1 Gary Schuetz from Kota Scooters who took my payment finally emailed back and said he would "upgrade my son's scooter" and it could be delivered immediately. He explained he'd A-CLASS MOTION against PAYPAL simply because they were keeping everybody's cash however they "didnt wish to disappaonit the children" so that they were shipping out the purchases without getting payment. Nowadays is 4/20 but still have not obtained my reimbursement, or my scooter in the fantastic shop who doesnt wish to "fail the children". Our boy is truly experiencing NOT driving his birthday present from KOTA that NEVER arrived.
